This policy explains what Leap Game collects on leapgame.net, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Leap Game is a Leap Studio company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The controller responsible for your data is Leap Game, a Leap Studio company (Leap Studio Vietnam), Leap Studio Vietnam office, The Sun Avenue, Mai Chi Tho, An Phu, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City 70000, Vietnam.

What we collect

We collect only the following:

Emails, calls and messages you send us (to hello@leapgame.net, by phone or on LinkedIn): your contact details and what you write or tell us.
Analytics, only if you click Allow analytics: Google Analytics records pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, device and browser. We do not use it for advertising.
Technical logs: our host, Amazon Web Services (Amazon EC2), processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

We use these details only:

To reply to your request, prepare a quote and work with you if you become a client.
To understand which parts of the page help visitors, if you allow analytics.
To keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell your data and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Cookies and analytics

Without your consent, the site sets no analytics cookies. We remember your consent choice in your browser so we do not ask again.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga to tell visits apart. You can change your choice at any time with the Analytics settings link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Demos on this page

The game demos load from servers run by our parent company Leap Studio (playable.leapstud.io, gamified.leapstud.io and gamification-api.leapstud.io), and only after you tap Play or Open full screen. Like any website, those servers receive your IP address and browser details to deliver the demo. TODO: P4 confirm whether the demo servers log or keep anything beyond this

Who else handles your data

We share data only with services that help us run the site and reply to you:

Email: TODO: P2 email provider for hello@leapgame.net.
LinkedIn, if you message Leap Studio there. LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies to those messages.
Hosting: Amazon Web Services (Amazon EC2).
Analytics, only with your consent: Google.
Leap Studio, our parent company, which runs the demo servers and whose team works on your project.

Where your data is processed

We work from Vietnam. The services above may process data in other countries, such as the United States. We use providers that protect data under their own published terms.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and messages for TODO: P3 retention period, for example 24 months, for legal review after our last contact, unless you become a client and we need them for the project or for accounting. Analytics data is kept for TODO: P3 GA4 retention setting, for example 14 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop using it. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email hello@leapgame.net or call +84 352 652 625, and we reply within 12 business hours; we complete the request as soon as we can and within the time the law allows.

You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live. TODO: P6 legal review: name the applicable law and authority, for example Vietnam's current personal data protection law, and GDPR if you serve people in the EU

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data through it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
